For a fixed monthly flat rate of just £10/PC and £50/server, you can forget about all your IT hassles and leave your IT in our capable hands. Discounts are available for customers with more than 6 computers.
Support is provided remotely on an as required basis by simply logging into our live help servers, where one of our representatives will be happy to assist you. We are currently open between 0900-1700 Monday-Friday. If support is required outside these hours, contact your account manager for a quotation. We also offer a Pay as You Go service with our remote support charged at £20 per hour. This fee will be added to your next monthly invoice.
